As musculoskeletal experts we will prescribe an orthotic device that meets your needs based on our assessment. During your evaluation, we will look at your foot alignment, gait mechanics and capture a three-dimensional negative impression of the plantar (bottom) surface of your foot in a semi-weight-bearing position. We will discuss your goals and recreational activities to personalize a permanent device that will be as unique as your feet.
We can also provide customized, temporary, over-the-counter orthotics for our patients who are still growing, need support while recovering from an injury or for specific sport activities. We provide the same assessment as the permanent option, but use an in-house insert that we can customize to address our findings.
