WHY RUNNING ANALYSIS MATTERS
Running is a skill-and just like any other, it can be trained and refined. Poor mechanics often lead to overuse injuries, decreased speed, and early burnout. Our Running Analysis helps you understand how your body moves, where inefficiencies exist, and what you can do to improve your performance.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Physical Analysis - Patients are examined on the exam table to identify any physical patterns or deficiencies before the running and walking portion of the analysis.
Form Analysis - We watch you walk and run at different paces to identify movement patterns that might put you at risk of injury.
Personalized Feedback - We provide recommendations tailored to your sport, goals, athletic history, and unique movement profile.
Custom Plan of Care or Performance Program - Based on your running form, athletic background, and goals you have, we'll prescribe you with rehab/prehab exercises based on what we learn during the analysis.
